What: This is an opportunity for children and adults alike to check out emergency vehicles up close. Participants will be able to climb on and explore vehicles including fire trucks, police cars, construction vehicles and more. All vehicles will be stationary and each will have an attendant to answer any questions. Face painting, golf cart rides, food and drinks will be available. There will be a horn- and siren-free hour from 10 to 11 a.m. for children who may be scared by loud noises.
When: Saturday, October 7, 2017. 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Where: Homer Howard Park, in front of City Hall, 14400 Dix-Toledo.
Cost: Admission is free and is open to all ages.
